We offer all full-time and part-time team members Paid Time Off (“PTO”). When you use your PTO is your choice (subject to business needs). Additionally, full-time team members are eligible for seven paid holidays.

The involvement of Team Members in Signet’s results is encouraged through participation in performance-related incentive payment schemes and savings-related share option schemes, which include all Team Members, subject to minimum employment requirements.
