J.K. Symancyk

J.K. Symancyk is CEO of Signet Jewelers. He brings over 30 years of retail industry experience across a diverse range of categories and has spent his career in large-scale organizations. Symancyk most recently served for six years as CEO of PetSmart, Inc., overseeing a growth plan and accelerating the company's leadership through proprietary brand development, services expansion, loyalty program creation, and digital and supply chain capabilities enhancements.

Previously, Symancyk served as CEO of Academy Sports + Outdoors from 2015 to 2018, where he led a return to growth and strategic positioning for the company's initial public offering, refining the merchandise strategy and resetting major infrastructure to support a national omnichannel footprint. From 2006 to 2015, Symancyk held roles of increasing responsibility at Meijer, a supercenter chain throughout the Midwest, including Group Vice President, EVP Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating officer and President. Symancyk began his career with 12 years at Walmart where he held various leadership roles, ultimately serving from 2004 to 2006 as Divisional Merchandise Manager, Sam's Club Division. Symancyk currently is a member of the Retail Industry Leaders Association and serves on the Board of Directors of Bath & Body Works, Inc. He previously served as a director at Chewy, Inc., from April 2019 to July 2021, and GameStop Corp., from March 2020 to June 2021. Symancyk graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

Corrine Bentzen

Corinne Bentzen is President of leading consumer jewelry brands Blue Nile and James Allen, which are part of Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewelry.

Corinne brings over 20 years of retail experience across retail categories to this role. She most recently was CEO of The Company Store, a division of Home Depot, and led the online Home Decor business for Home Depot. Prior to this, she served as Head of Bridal at Tiffany & Co., where she led the engagement and wedding bands business and launched the iconic jeweler’s online sales experience for diamond rings. She also spent 10 years in brand management at Procter & Gamble, leading Global Prestige fine fragrances including brands such as Lacoste and Hugo Boss.

Itay Berger

Itay is President of Diamonds Direct. He is focused on delivering a world class retail experience that revolutionizes the way consumers buy their engagement rings, diamonds and jewelry. Itay has over 20 years of executive leadership experience, leading Diamonds Direct's growth since 2003.

Bill Brace

Bill Brace is President, KAY Jewelers, and joined Signet in September of 2018. He has overall P&L responsibility for KAY, including merchandising, marketing, e-commerce, planning and allocation.

Prior to Signet, Bill served nearly 30 years at Procter & Gamble, Co., where he held a wide range of executive leadership responsibilities and created enduring growth successes on billion-dollar brands and consumer-centric strategies and successful execution. Bill holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University.

Kecia Caffie

Kecia Caffie is President, Zales. She is responsible for managing and directing all aspects of the Zales business from Merchandising to Marketing to the Field Team. Previously, Kecia led the Piercing Pagoda banner after joining in March 2013 as VP of Merchandise Planning.

Prior to joining Signet, Kecia was the VP of Business Intelligence and Reporting at Gap, Inc. in San Francisco. Kecia’s career at Gap Inc. included roles in merchandise planning at Gap.com, BananaRepublic.com and Old Navy, as well as leadership positions in IT. Kecia began her career in the Federated Stores’ Executive Trainee Program, followed by roles of increasing responsibilities within well-known retailers like Saks Fifth Avenue and Ann Taylor. Kecia received her B.S. in International Relations from Georgetown University.

Claudia Cividino

Claudia Cividino joined Signet in November of 2022, officially becoming President of Jared, the accessible luxury jeweler, in January 2023. She has overall P&L responsibility for Jared, including merchandising, marketing, e-commerce, planning and allocation.

With over 20 years of experience in luxury retail, Claudia has grown some of the world’s most recognizable retail brands. She most recently was CEO of the North America region for Loro Piana, the high-end luxury Italian-made clothing and accessories company. Prior to this, Claudia spent time with luxury brands, Bally where she was CEO of the Americas, and senior level roles with Prada Group, Coach, Adam Lippes and Saint Laurent.

Anu Gupta

Anu Gupta joined Signet in September of 2023 as Chief Business Development and Strategy Officer. She leads the development, evaluation and execution of strategic growth initiatives tied to Signet’s mid- and long-term goals. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of H&R Block, Inc., publicly traded global tax preparation, financial products, and small-business solutions company, since 2019.

With over 25 years of transformative business experience in strategy, business development and operations, Anu has driven profitable growth with P&L responsibilities across Fortune 50, private equity, and early-stage entrepreneurial ventures, shaping a compelling strategic direction, building capabilities, and driving impact. She has deep experience in various strategic roles within Target, Inc., Safeway, The Michael’s Companies, Bed, Bath and Beyond Inc., Hellman and Friedman LLC and HCL Technologies. Most recently, Anu served as Chief Revenue Officer of Better Home & Finance, a digital-first fintech homeownership company.

Joan Hilson

Joan Hilson is the Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Signet Jewelers (NYSE: SIG), the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewelry, and is based in Dallas, Texas. Joan joined Signet as CFO, effective April 4, 2019. She also serves on the board of Advance Auto Parts.

With more than 35 years in retail corporate finance leadership positions, Joan has extensive experience in business planning, merchandise planning, real estate, inventory and cost discipline. Importantly, she has a strong track record of building high performing finance teams and developing leaders. Before coming to Signet, Joan was Chief Financial and Operating Officer of David’s Bridal from March of 2014 through February of 2019. Prior to that, she was the CFO of American Eagle Outfitters and held several roles with increasing responsibility within L Brands, including CFO of the Victoria’s Secret stores division. Joan started her career at Coopers & Lybrand, followed by Sterling Jewelers and during that period Sterling grew from 100 stores to approximately 1,000 stores. Joan was a founding member of the board of Bright Pink, a breast cancer awareness organization and served as Board Chair during 2018. Joan also served on the board of KidsVoice, a multidisciplinary child advocacy organization protecting children’s rights.

Joan is a northeastern Ohio native and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Akron.

Stacee Johnson-Williams

Stacee is President of Peoples Jewellers and Banter by Piercing Pagoda. In this role, she has overall P&L responsibility for Peoples, Canada’s largest jeweler, and Banter by Piercing Pagoda, the U.S. leader in ear and other jewelry piercings. Stacee oversees the merchandising, marketing, e-commerce, planning and allocation for both leading brands. Prior to this role, Stacee was Managing Director of Peoples Jewellers, and also led the inventory management and innovation of Signet’s Merchandise Planning and Inventory (MPI) platform for KAY. Stacee joined Signet in 2011 leading Merchandise Planning and Allocation for Zales and Peoples before becoming the leader of MPI for KAY, Zales and Peoples. Stacee has extensive experience in retail and merchandising planning, including varying leadership roles with Charlotte Russe; Macy’s, Inc and 15 years with Gap, Inc. in the Old Navy and Banana Republic brands.

Steve Lovejoy

Steve Lovejoy joined Signet as the Company’s new Chief Supply Chain Officer in June 2018. Steve comes to Signet from Glanbia PLC, a nutritional foods company where as the Chief Operating Officer he led the end-to-end global supply chain including 12 manufacturing plants and 30 distribution centers. Prior to Glanbia, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Starbucks Coffee Company, focused on quality, service and the significant global growth agenda and as Vice President, International Supply Chain at The Clorox Company.

Bill Luth

Bill Luth is the Executive Vice President of Global Store Operations. He leads a store team of more than 25,000 team members and field leaders, and is responsible for the store performance and in-store experiences of customers, including the four-wall performance productivity of all Signet Jewelers brands in the US, Canada and UK.

Prior to this appointment, he was formerly the Executive General Manager/Executive Vice President for Kay Jewelers, with full P&L responsibility, overseeing marketing, merchandising, planning, and allocations, e-commerce and store operations for Signet’s largest banner.

Bill has more than 30 years of experience in the jewelry industry and began working at Signet as a part-time sales associate while still in college. He has held a number of diverse roles including vice president of operations administration; senior vice president of store operations at Zales North America, including strategic integration; senior vice president–transformation leadership team; and executive vice president of sourcing, distribution and logistics, repair, and manufacturing.

He has been a member on the Diamond Council of America board since 2011 and served as board Chairman from 2015-2018. He also is a member the Board of Directors for Jewelers for Children and James Madison University’s Alumni Board of Directors. Bill holds a Bachelor of the Arts in History from James Madison University.

Howard Melnick

Howard Melnick became Chief Information Officer (CIO) in 2018, following his service in this position as interim CIO. He is accountable for developing and implementing global IT strategies that enable business value. Prior to Signet, Mr. Melnick was CIO at Ralph Lauren. Previous technology leadership positions were at Marriott International and Pepsi-Cola International. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Neil Old

Neil Old became Managing Director, UK Division, in September 2019. He oversees the H. Samuel and Ernest Jones brands, the two largest specialty jewelry retailers in the UK.

Neil previously served as chief executive officer at Jessops Europe Limited, a British photographic specialty retailer. Prior to Jessops, Neil held a range of UK and international commercial roles in Dixons Stores Group International and the Kingfisher Group.

Stash Ptak

Stash Ptak became SVP and General Counsel in June 2019 and oversees the company’s legal, governance, compliance, enterprise risk management and asset protection functions. He joined the Signet legal team in 2012, initially focusing on commercial and real estate matters. Ptak joined Signet in 2005, and prior to transitioning to the legal team, he served in a number of strategic and analytical roles related to the company’s optimization of merchandise sales and margins. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and International Business, and a Master of Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron.

Colleen Rooney

Colleen Rooney joined Signet in September 2019 and serves as the Chief Communications and ESG Officer. Colleen oversees communications for internal and external stakeholders, expands positive relationships with opinion leaders and the media, and evolves corporate social responsibility strategies.

She brings more than 25 years of experience, including influential communication positions with highly respected global companies such as Qurate Retail Group, parent company of innovative retailers QVC, HSN and Zulily, where she served as their Chief Communications Officer. Colleen has also been a key leader in other important transformations at DuPont, GE, Comcast, and NBCUniversal.

Jamie Singleton

Jamie Singleton is Signet’s Group President and Chief Consumer Officer. Ms. Singleton has held numerous leadership positions at Signet, most recently serving as President, KAY, Zales, Peoples and Chief Marketing Officer. From June 2017 to March 2019, she served as Executive Vice President of Zales and Peoples Jewelers. In her role as Senior Vice President, General Manager of Piercing Pagoda for Zale Corp. from April 2012 to June 2017, she achieved significant revenue and profit growth by stabilizing the banner.

Prior to joining Zale Corp. she was a Senior Vice President at CPI and David’s Bridal Group after having served in various senior merchandising, sourcing and product development positions at other retail companies.

Allison Vigil

Allison (Ali) Vigil is President of Rocksbox, the innovative jewelry rental subscription service that invites monthly members to rent and enjoy fashion jewelry styles, using its intuitive online platform. Allison joined Rocksbox in 2016 and later joined Signet Jewelers in 2021 when Rocksbox became a part of the company. During her time at Rocksbox, Allison has held various leadership positions including leading the service’s Merchandising and Member Experience teams. Prior to Rocksbox, Allison was a member of the founding team of Fabkids, a subscription-based children’s apparel service. She also held leadership roles at Fabletics and 10 years at Gap, Inc. working across brands in a range of planning, inventory management and strategy roles.

Lisa Walker

Lisa Walker joined Signet in January 2021 and became President of Jewelry Services in November of 2022. Lisa oversees this growing segment of Signet, which includes Extended Service Agreements, Repair, Personal Jewelry Insurance and Signet’s Vault Rewards Loyalty program, among other services. Lisa brings over 25 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, including retail and financial services. Prior to Signet, Lisa spent seven years with JP Morgan, building their rewards program, and over 16 years with Campbell Soup Company in an array of marketing and innovation roles.

Rebecca Wooters

Rebecca Wooters became Signet’s Chief Digital Officer in April 2020. She has over 25 years of experience across digital strategy and transformation, customer experience, operations, market and product development. Prior to joining Signet, she spent over 12 years with Citi, most recently as Chief Customer Experience Officer and Head of Digital Experience for Citi’s Card division since November 2013 and the Global Consumer Bank since April 2018, where she was responsible for customer experience and the evolution of digital servicing, digital channels, and the emerging space of voice, bot and digital messaging.

Prior to Citi, Ms. Wooters served in innovation, strategic and marketing roles of increasing responsibility at Experian Decision Analytics, from 2005 to 2008, and MBNA, from 1994 to 2009.
