Standing for our Values in Advocacy and Actions: Why We’ve Joined Paradigm for Parity

We’re honored to announce Signet Jewelers has joined the Paradigm for Parity® coalition as our latest step toward advancing leadership equality and championing workplace diversity and inclusion. In joining this important movement, Signet is committing to the Paradigm for Parity® 5-Point Action plan to provide a strong roadmap to help ensure gender equality across our team and within our sphere of influence with our business partners today and into the future. 

We’re proud of what Signet has achieved so far and energized to do more. Today: 

  • Women comprise 42 percent of Signet’s Board of Directors and 50 percent of the Signet Leadership Team. What’s more, 40 percent of Signet vice presidents and above are women; 
  • Signet is a Great Place to Work-Certified™ company as a result of our commitment to our team members and our culture that fosters diversity and inclusion; and
  • Signet has been named to the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index for three consecutive years. We are the only specialty jewelry retailer to earn that distinction.

Our values will continue to drive our advocacy and our actions as we work to create a world with more equality, empowerment and love for all.
