Virginia “Gina” C. Drosos , ,

Virginia “Gina” C. Drosos, 57, is the Chief Executive Officer and has been on Signet’s Board of Directors since 2012. Gina previously served as President & CEO of Assurex Health, where she delivered significant revenue growth and executed the strategic sale of the Company to Myriad Genetics for up to $410 million.

Prior to Assurex Health, Gina spent 25 years at The Procter & Gamble Company (“P&G”) where she held positions of increasing responsibility with strong proven results and became a thought leader in Beauty and mass brand retailing. She most recently served P&G as Group President, Global Beauty Care, an over $6 billion business unit with a portfolio of more than 20 brands, each with its own marketing strategy, over 6,000 employees and 22 manufacturing sites. In this role, she had responsibility for overseeing the business unit operations, strategy and long term business development, successfully transformed the unit’s digital marketing efforts including the first digital-only brand campaign for P&G’s Secret brand, and innovated large brands, such as CoverGirl, Old Spice and Olay. Olay grew from a less than $200 million to $2.5 billion iconic mega beauty brand under Gina’s leadership.

Gina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Terry School, University of Georgia, and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Oded Edelman , ,

Oded Edelman, 53, Chief Digital Innovation Advisor of Signet, is also the Founder and CEO of R2Net, the parent company of leading online diamond and bridal jewelry retailer, James Allen.

Edelman began his career as a diamond polisher for his family’s diamond business. He developed machines that automated the polishing process. This innovation increased efficiency for diamond manufacturers, and ultimately lowered the cost of finished diamonds for consumers. In his next role, Edelman traded diamonds throughout Belgium, Russia, South Africa and Israel, and later became a Rio Tinto Sight Holder. He leveraged these relationships to found a robust wholesale diamond network. With an efficient diamond supply chain in place, in 2007, Edelman founded James Allen. The innovative bridal retailer brings the offline jewelry shopping experience online, making it possible for consumers to purchase a high quality engagement ring at an exceptional value with complete confidence and transparency. Signet completed the acquisition of R2Net on September 12, 2017.

Mary Liz Finn , ,

Mary Liz Finn, 59, became the Company’s new Chief People Officer (CPO) in May 2018 and is responsible for Signet’s “People First” core value. She will lead the HR team in delivering world-class programs that support our business and engage our employees.

Mary Liz previously served as CHRO of Nielsen and provided HR leadership during two major successful transitions; the company’s IPO and the CEO succession. Prior to Nielsen, she spent 26 years at GE and has significant experience empowering employees during business transformation, developing leaders, providing effective training and development opportunities, and building diverse, inclusive, and successful teams throughout her career.

Joan Hilson , ,

Joan Hilson, 60, joined Signet Jewelers in March of 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Signet, Ms. Hilson was EVP, Chief Financial and Operating Officer of David’s Bridal, Inc. and prior to that, held senior financial positions at American Eagle Outfitters, Inc, and L Brands, Inc.

Steve Lovejoy , ,

Steve Lovejoy, 54, joined Signet as the Company’s new Chief Supply Chain Officer in June 2018. Steve comes to Signet from Glanbia PLC, a nutritional foods company where as the Chief Operating Officer he led the end-to-end global supply chain including 12 manufacturing plants and 30 distribution centers. Prior to Glanbia, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Starbucks Coffee Company, focused on quality, service and the significant global growth agenda and as Vice President, International Supply Chain at The Clorox Company.

Howard Melnick , ,

Howard Melnick, 58, became Chief Information Officer (CIO) in 2018, following his service in this position as interim CIO. He is accountable for developing and implementing global IT strategies that enable business value. Prior to Signet, Mr. Melnick was CIO at Ralph Lauren. Previous technology leadership positions were at Marriott International and Pepsi-Cola International. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Colleen Rooney , ,

Colleen Rooney joined Signet in September 2019 as Chief Communications Officer. Colleen oversees communications for internal and external stakeholders, expands positive relationships with opinion leaders and the media, and evolves corporate social responsibility strategies.

She brings more than 25 years of experience, including influential communication positions with highly respected global companies such as Qurate Retail Group, parent company of innovative retailers QVC, HSN and Zulily, where she served as their Chief Communications Officer. Colleen has also been a key leader in other important transformations at DuPont, GE, Comcast, and NBCUniversal.

Rebecca Wooters , ,

Rebecca Wooters, 49, became Signet’s Chief Digital Officer in April 2020. She has over 25 years of experience across digital strategy and transformation, customer experience, operations, market and product development. Prior to joining Signet, she spent over 12 years with Citi, most recently as Chief Customer Experience Officer and Head of Digital Experience for Citi’s Card division since November 2013 and the Global Consumer Bank since April 2018, where she was responsible for customer experience and the evolution of digital servicing, digital channels, and the emerging space of voice, bot and digital messaging.

Prior to Citi, Ms. Wooters served in innovation, strategic and marketing roles of increasing responsibility at Experian Decision Analytics, from 2005 to 2008, and MBNA, from 1994 to 2009.

Jamie Singleton , ,

Jamie Singleton, 58, became Signet’s President of Kay, Zales and Peoples in March 2019, following her service as Executive Vice President of Zales and Peoples Jewelers from June 2017 to March 2019. Ms. Singleton previously served as Senior Vice President, General Manager of Piercing Pagoda for Zale Corp., and later Signet, from April 2012 to June 2017, where she achieved significant revenue and profit growth by stabilizing the banner. Signet completed the acquisition of Zale Corp. in May 2014.

Prior to joining Zale Corp. she was a Senior Vice President at CPI and David’s Bridal Group after having served in various senior merchandising, sourcing and product development positions at other retail companies.
