At Signet, the health, safety and well-being of our team members and customers is our priority. Here are the programs and protective measures we've put in place to make sure our team members are supported at work and at home, and our customers remain confident shopping in our stores.

Team Member Programs and Initiatives

  • Provided more than $165,000 in grants through the Signet Team Member Relief Fund assisting more than 350 team members since March 2020.
  • Implemented Work from Home/Remote options for many team members, including those working in our Customer Care departments and our stores.
  • Emphasis on enhanced health and safety protocols within our stores and support center locations following guidelines from CDC to keep team members safe as they returned to work in our stores and corporate headquarters.
  • Implemented COVID self-care and safety training for all team members, and COVID symptom screening and team member temperature checks
  • Activation of Signet Team Member Resources public web page to provide access to communications and keep our team members informed including those on furlough.
  • Added flexibility to our Paid Time Off (PTO) program which now allows 40 hours of PTO to be carried over from plan year to plan year.
  • Promotion of free resources such as Employee Assistance Program (EAP), financial wellness webinars, and mind and body wellness videos and webinars. Introduced a weekly series promoting good mental health focused on resources, tips, and tools to deal with a variety of challenges during the pandemic. Our “Coffee and Conversations” online events allow team members to connect with each other, share challenges and solutions, and learn from each other.

Customer Safety

  • Enhanced cleaning and safety protocols in stores to keep customers and team members safe.
  • Launch of curbside pickup.
  • Addition of virtual jewelry consultations and online virtual appointments.
  • Implementation of Buy Online Pick Up in Store for the Holidays.

Community Support

  • $100,000 donation to Heart to Heart International to provide much needed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and hygiene kits to medical professionals.
