Accessibility of this site
This website incorporates ACCESSKEY functionality. These keys can be used to navigate the site quickly and easily. Simply hold down Alt, then press the corresponding number, release and then press Return. The ACCESSKEY functionality used on this site is as follows:

Text size
The text on the website pages is scalable so that it can be increased in size without affecting the appearance of the site. To increase or decrease the text size, use the Text Size setting in the Internet Explorer View menu (at the top of the screen). The default setting is Medium, which corresponds to approximately 12 points. In browsers other than Internet Explorer, there will be a similar setting e.g. in Netscape versions 6 and above the option is called Text Zoom.
Color
The colors of the text and background contrast sufficiently to optimize legibility.
Print page
It is possible to print each page in black and white without frames.
Navigation aids
Pages that have extended content, provide "back to top" links at suitable breaks in the text. Every page on the site includes a search box.
Images
All content images used on this site include descriptive ALT attributes. Complex images include LONGDESC attributes or inline descriptions to explain the significance of each image to non-visual readers. All graphics are described with a short text summary, which you will see if you turn off graphics in your browser, or use a browser that does not display images.
PDF files
Most downloadable files are presented as Portable Document Format (pdf) files, which need a special piece of software to view them. One such program, Adobe® Acrobat Reader® can be downloaded without cost from the Adobe website, www.adobe.com.
